What rights does a 16 year old turning 17 , in kentucky when it comes living situation?

None. Any minor under the age of 18 is under the control of his/her parents, and if the parents do not agree on the living situation, the Court will be asked to decide custody. The Court may take the minor's wishes into consideration when making a determination of his/her best interests.
