Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Seperated and pregnant

I am pregnant with my husbands child but we seperated two or three months ago because i found out that he has a 4 month old son with my sister. My sister and i got into a fist fight and she tried to kick me in the stomach to make me lose this baby. Can i ask the court that she is to be no where around at any time he has our baby? I live in Kentucky and not sure of the laws.
