sibling visitation

my husband had an affair and has a child (15 months old) he pays child support but doesn't have visitation yet.we are in the process of getting a divorce and our daughter that we have together knows about the child and has met her a few times ,but now the mother doesn't want to let her see the baby anymore.is there any way that i can get visitation for the sister to see and know one another

Parents and grandparents can assert visitation rights but there is no statute that creates sibling visitation. Unless the father pushes for visits and includes your daughter in those visits, or the father's parents, your only real recourse is to attempt to create cooperation.
