Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My son has a daughter with a girl who is trying to move her to Georgia from Kentucky without his permission. I need to know what to do to keep her from doing this.

A paternity action needs to be filed right away in the current county of your son's residence in district court. It would be a petition to establish paternity, child support, custody and timeshare. Absent that, she can up and move today.
