Son's dad !
My son's dad is wanting to take him on vacation for 10 days, even though it says 7. He is using my weekend's up for it, so I am only seeing 1 weekend this month. So can he take my weekends? Or will I get in trouble if I tak ehim with me for the weekend, even if it's mine?

I would have to see the actual order to give a professional opinion on this. What you should know is that even if you do not "get in trouble" with the courts, trouble would come by increased animosity.
One could argue that 7 days means only seven consecutive days in a row and not both weekends. One could also argue it means 7 days plus the ordinary weekend, so 10 consecutive days in a row. Since, from the facts given, that both interpretations are possible, it appears wise to seek a compromise.
