Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

my son's mother has been taken the custody court by her social worker. They say she is neglecting him and not taking a interest in his behavior at school. My question is if he is removed from her home does this mean he can stay with me? and how do i find out more about the case? she isnt telling me much.

You can probably stop the whole thing by filing for custody yourself, which if she's going to get hit with neglect, your chances of success increase. Seek a consult with a local attorney as soon as possible.
