Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I have been stalked and harassed by my ex wife for about 10 years. She stole my pick up truck twice, broke into my apartment, followed me around a lot, harassing phone calls, disappearing acts when she was supposed to pick up the child we share (because I had dates on those weekends) and repeated calls to Child Protective Services making false claims against me. What can I do I am so sick of this stuff. Some of this stuff I can prove some of it I can't. Some like the truck I was told I cannot do anything about because it had both our names on the title. It is like she knows just what she can get away with. Now she is playing games with my daughters head. She has been taking her to a psychiatrist and keeping it real secret what she is up to.

Sounds like you need to get a lawyer. After the divorce, her name should have been removed from the truck title if you were granted ownership. If that's in your decree, she's in contempt of the decree, it doesn't matter what the title says.
If she's taking your child to a therapist in hopes she'll have negative things to say about you, you need to address it now rather than later. Get an attorney, and take all of your documents to him or her. Otherwise, things will get worse not better.
