Discovery rules are too broad to set out here. there are several methods, i.e. by deposition, interrogatories, request for admissions, etc. go to a university library near you, especially one with a paralegal program and read the rules and annotations. Your local circuit clerk may have a copy or the county may have a law library. West Publishing Company is the publisher. I do not know why the Supreme Court will not make these rules public.
