statues of limitations for child support

My children are grown now, but none the less their father who is a multi millionaire has yet to pay for any of their medical bills, child support, etc. He ran away when I took him to court for back support, and re-appeared 7 years latter. His mother payed his portion of the support, but not the court case or any of the medical bills he was ordered to pay. This man has destroyed his son's lives, both are very depressed, and one is trying to recover from drug abuse. I am disabled and not able to help him with counseling, a home etc. and I have pleaded with his father for help but he will not give his sons a cent. I have kept all the medical records and bills and all I ask is for him to reimburse me so I can get them help. So, the question is can I force him to pay even though it's been so many years? His main residence is in MI. although he has homes in other states.

Yes, you can pursue him for the domestic support obligations that have gone unpaid. The easiest approach would be an show cause motion to hold him in contempt and get a judgment against him. You really need a lawyer to navigate the whole thing though.
