Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
the story is long but my hands hurt from typing it so much that i simply cant right now so i will be brief. since i have moved to ky my sons mother is refusing me to see my son even though we have court ordered shared custody. she refuses him to come visit and acts as though the visitation is supervised when i am there. what can i do to see my son and make sure that in the future i can continue to see him? its been a few months and im afraid that she is telling him things that arent true about me and that maybe why she is acting this way. but what can i do to make sure that i get my visitation with him?

You document everything and bring a motion for contempt. If she refuses to comply with the court's order, the judge could, in his/her discretion, throw her in jail. At the very least get her for your attorney fees. Ignoring court orders is a big deal. Get an attorney. File a motion. A child needs both parents, not adults playing childish games.
