Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am t the end of a divorce and I have just found out I was pregnant by my bf. My ex and I have been seperated going on 2 years(his gf is pregnant as well)..will my being pregnant stop or delay my divorce?

Probably. Most judges don't allow the divorce to become final until after the child is born, and paternity can be established. A child born in wedlock is presumed the child of the husband unless otherwise proven.
