Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I would like to see and be able to talk to my Grandaughter, but the childs mother keeps changing her phone number. What can I do?

There is a statute in Kentucky that gives grandparents standing to seek visitation with their grandchildren. There are constitutional issues that make the law fairly weak, but it at least can get you in the courthouse and sometimes judges do order grandparent visits.
