Been divorced for 5 yrs. We have 2 daughters ages 12 and 13 yrs. Is it right for their dad to text profanity like ''kiss my a--'' to his 13 yr old daughter. He did this when he was mad at her.

Whether something is "right" and whether something is "legal" are two different questions. Was it right? No. Was it legal? probably.
