How do u get ur child supprt lowered. To where u can afford it, if the judge won't allow u to lower?

It doesn't matter if you can't "afford it"; child support is determined by income, with minimum wage attributed as the lowest amount. Child support can be modified, higher or lower, if there is a change in circumstances that will reduce or increase the base support by 15%.
