umarried mother of a child
okay just recentaly my childs father and i have split up b/c foun out he had been cheating on me. Well from the start i could not bring my self to trust him the babys fahter with him alone b/c he had an anger managment problem and he was really hateful with the child unless i told him to leave him alon a fool to stay with him but now i need help how do i get temp custody of the child, well i dont want him to just be able to come and take him b/c i am afraid he will hurt him if he loses his temper and his temper is short please help me what can i do?

If there has been violence or threats of violence towards you or your child from the father, then you can go to the district court the county you are in and file for an EPO.
