Can an unmarried mother in Kentucky who lives with a 3 week old baby and the father take the baby out of state to live without the consent of the father

Assuming the baby is the mother's and there are no currently existing court orders agains such a move, then yes she can move out of state. The father and petition the court to prevent the move, but will be unlikely to win unless there are some other factors involved that show the child is endangered with the mother.
