validity of a marriage

Is a marriage valid in the state of KY if one of the parties was already married in Virginia but the divorce was not final?

No it is not. You either need to have this marriage annuled or have the other divorce granted retroactive to before the date of the most recent marriage. Feel free to call if questions.

Nope. Now if you are talking about a West Virginia marriage . . . .

Seriously though, the Kentucky marriage is void if one party was already in a legal marriage from any other state.
