Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I have visitations to my son every other weekend and every wednesday. My ex-wife put him in pre-school and we decided that i would get him every weekend but now she has gone out of her agreement and moved to louisville. She's takin him out of school just so she could move up there. She has no way of binging him back and forth for my visitation and it is court ordered for me to pick him up at her mom's home. Everytime I do get him he has bruises, dirty underwear, and he is filthy and I have witnesses of this. She is living with a woman in louisville that had her kids takin away because of a drug overdose and we are scared something may happen to him. I can't afford a lawyer to take her to court. What should I do?

The best thing is to find a lawyer because you have some complicated issues and you really can't afford to not get this right. Your question involves matters beyond what can be adequately answered here.
However, to protect your rights, you need to file something very soon. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to change things. You could file a motion for contempt based on the visits not occurring, a motion to enforce visitation, a motion to modify custody - or any combination thereof. You can also contact social services and report your concerns and see what they do. Again, the important thing is to not wait to take some action.
