i was wanting to know that if its court order in ky to add the fathers name to birth c if the court does this or the mom of the baby also like to know how old does the child have to be for a all weekend stay

In paternity actions, I believe the county attorney's child support division takes care of that. You might start with them.

Visitation is up to the parents to work out and, if they can't, the court will decide. Different counties have different visitation guidelines but, ultimately, visitation is set based on the best interests of the child.
