Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I have a warrant on me for "fragrant non-support" however I have been working and paying my child support for the past year. Will they still try to take me to jail?

If you have been paying your child support for the last year, have you been doing so properly? Have you been paying through the child support office, including the case no. on the checks? Or your employer has been withholding the money from your paycheck and paying it for you?
I imagine if you have been properly paying for the past year, then the non-support is likely for arrearages. If that is the case, you should (with legal counsel!) contact the county attorney's office to work out a deal to pay back your arrearages.
It isn't in anyone's best interests for you to go to jail, and the county attorney knows that. They only throw the book at folks that just refuse to pay. If you work towards paying, even if you fall behind, they will work with you to keep you out of jail. A parent sitting in jail isn't paying his/her child support either.
