Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My wife has disappeared with my children. Before she disappeared I filed for divorce in KY, where we have lived for the last 4 years. She disappeared before she could be served. She has resurfaced in CA. I found out by being served papers filed in CA for legal seperation. She has perjured the papers with false information, and I haven't seen or heard from my children in weeks. Is a motion to quash the CA proceedings an achievable task to accomplish since I have filed for full divorce in the state where we have reside our entire marriage?

If the divorce action is still active in KY.you need to get her served in the KY action. You will need to contest the CA action as well and have it dismissed in favor of the KY action. You need to act on both soon as the longer the kids are in CA, the more likely the CA court will not turn jurisdiction of the kids over to the KY court.
