Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
my wife draws a social security disability check. she says all the money is hers. i work and she says that she is entitled to part of my check but i have no right to any of hers.

Well, then I'd suggest getting your own checking account and not sharing. All assets obtained during the marriage are marital assets subject to division during dissolution. But during the marriage, you have rights to money that you have in your possession, i.e. if the checking account is in your name then she can't access it. Although if she files for divorce, she could end up with it anyway!
