Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

The wife has filed for a divorce , we still owe on the home , both names are on the mortage , her credit being much higher than mine at the time and i was out of work at the time of the loan , put her at the top of the loan over me ,,, is she still liable for half the payment ??

Yes., both of you are still liable for this joint debt.

Which party will be ordered to pay during the pendency of the divorce, will depend either on an agreement you both reach or the decision of the judge if you can't reach an agreement.
