Does a wife have any legal rights to money and property you owned prior to mirage ?

I assume you mean in divorce. Usually not, unless she has somehow helped improve the property in some way. For instance, if you owned a house prior to marriage, and she has helped renovate it after the marriage, increasing its value, she would have some marital interest in the property.

Otherwise, generally speaking, property owned prior to marriage is considered non-marital and is not subject to division.
