Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My wife and I are currently seperated and are planning on divorcing. We have two children and I was wondering if my wife is allowed to claim both children on her taxes. I asked her to choose which child she wanted to claim so that we could claim one a piece but she is not being civil about this situation and insists that she is allowed to claim both against my wishes without any repercussions on her part. Is she correct?

You'll need to get that in a court order, but generally each spouse claims one child and then when there is only one minor child left, the parents alternate years. Be certain to get that clarified in whatever settlement agreement or court order you end up with.
