I believe the cause of action of alienation of affection still exists. However, it is not one that one is likely to go far with in today's courts. Intentionel Infliction of Emotional Distress would be unlikely to fit the situation. Plus you have to show some physical manifestation of injury from the behavior to prevail. This is usually seen in near death experiences.
