Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I will be filing divorce papers (as Petitioner) in Jefferson County, KY without an attorney.

I have a legal separation agreement that was signed by me and my spouse 2 years ago (which was 3 mos. before we married).

Should I attach a photocopy of that separation agreement to the divorce papers ?

Yes you should attach the document (which I would consider a prenup agreement since it was signed before you were married), however, you will need to either proceed through the court system to have the court adopt the prenup if nothing has significantly changed or have your spouse execute a new agreement that the prenup controls division of all property, etc. and that is no other marital property or debts not discussed in the document to which you refer.
