All wrong
1. all information concerning our marriage is wrong including my name, is the divorce legal? 2. i was notified of all court dates except one, they sent the notice to a different address, now i dont have custody of my child because of that, what can i do? 3. now the father is out on bond facing many years in jail, and my child is in the home with one convicted felon of drug related charges and another who is facing more felony drug convictions, how is that a better environment for my child?

Given the severity of the consequences for what occurred in the divorce proceedings, I suggest investing in an attorney. Answering the question of whether divorce is legal - it certainly is unless you file timely appeals/motions to reconsdier.
Even when the divorce is final, one can file motions to revisit the custody issue.
