After yrs uf waiting my husband got divorced his exs lawyer was going to file the papers she never did we got married 'than found out we refiled got the divorce I just found that it was not filed till a yr later so r we married we live in ky

My initial reaction was "nope, not married". Well, actually it is more complicated than that. Your marriage is prohibited and void under Kentucky Revised Statute 402.020(1)(b). If you plan on staying together and being married, you should go through the marriage process again. If not, then you should filed a declaratory action with the court to have the marriage deemed void.
