Legal Question in Medical Leave in Kentucky
What are my rights on fmla
I have an excuse from my doctor to take off work for two weeks,but my company refuses to let me take this time off.The excuse is for my child who has adhd and needs to make adjustments.What if anything can I do?

Generally, it sounds as though the reason for which you need to be off is a legitimate one that would qualify for protection under the FMLA. However, I need to know more to more specifically advise whether you are entitled to the leave or not. For example, the size of your employer and your tenure may play a role in whether you qualify.
