Criminal Sexual Contact

I have a situation concerning my daughter. A co-worker of my husbands touched my daughters breasts,i seen him and so did another witness my daughter was in total shock. We have gone to the police and filed a report. The police questioned this man and now nothing is being done. I need some help on this matter and for my daughters sake i must not let this drop.. This situation is causing some problems for my husband, his job is being threatend if he pursues this,we are not going to let this man get away with this. He does have a history of doing this to women and has been told to seek help,but has never done so. Please Help.

This is a very serious situation that needs to be reported to the police. Further, if your husbands employer refuses to take action, and knew of this persons proclivities, then there may be civil actions against the employer as well as the perpetrator.
