Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kentucky
my employer has written me two seperate checks and then cancelled paymment on them . what are my legal options

First, find a new job.
Second, call the Labor Cabinet and file a complaint.
I'd threaten to have your boss charged with fraud, and then sue him in civil court for the amount owed, if he won't hand over the amount owed immediately, in cash, as well as fees you have incurred because of the stopped checks.
