Re: Forgery
To prosecute a crime of forgery, you need to contact the
Commonwealth Attorney for your Judicial Circuit. He or she
is responsible for prosecuting all felonies.
Felonies sometimes start out in lower court (District Court)
where the local County Attorney would be handling the matter.
Alternatively, you could contact a local law enforcment agency
(sheriff's office, city police, county police, state police) and
ask them to investigate the crime.
