In Kentucky in a civil case does a judge have to sign a mediation agreement before it goes into effect? If there is a time frame on the sale of something does it start when the hand written mediation agreement is sign?

The only time the judge has to authorize settlement of a civil case is if it involves a minor. Agreements generally go into effect upon execution, unless it states otherwise.
