If you properly execute a will and designate your son to get the home then you will be able to make certain your son gets the home when you die as long as you do not later revoke or amend said will.
If the property is held individually in your name only then it should pass to your son even if you do not have a will pursuant to KRS 391.010.
If you have any other questions or are interested in other benefits of having a properly executed Last Will & Testament then feel welcome to contact me at [email protected].
Take care,
