Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kentucky

I paid a "mechanic" $305 in labor, and $315 in parts to repair a car (in his exact words) "that would run like a new car." And it would be completed in a day. Well it took him at least 3 weeks, and still isn't fixed. Can I take him to small claims court?

Yes! And part of your damages should be related to not having use of your vehicle!
