Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kentucky
i recently purchased a milling machine on an online auction that was listed as a 2005 model. the invoice i received also listed as a 2005 model. after receiving i discovered that it was actually a 2004 model. auction site had a disclaimer stating all items would be purchased " as is, where is, as available with no warranties, guarntees or representations expressed or implied. Do i have any legal recourse? I understand there was no guarantee on the machine but shouldn't it be the same model as listed?

Yes, it should be the same model that was listed. You should contact them immediately and demand either a full refund or an exchange for the correct model, if possible.
