Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kentucky

Green card(married to citezen)

Have been married for 1.5 years. Got my employment card, finger prints are done. But case is still pending and nobody calls me for an interview. Normal processing for this type- 1year.

Tried to call- they sent couple service requests to a Service center, but still no interview...

What's going on and what can I do about it???

Thanks

Re: Green card(married to citezen)

Once you are married for two years, then your green card will NOT be a conditional card , but a 10 year renewable card. If you had a conditional card, you would have to file form I-751 within 90 days of your second anniversary of having your green card. So , since you've gone this far, and if there is no real emergency to get the green card immediately, wait until you are married for 2 years before putting on the pressure.
