Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kentucky

Immigration Case Status

I have lived in the US for my whole life, and my dad went through the whole process of filing residency for us and him as well. We got our case accepted in 2008, but it has been more than a year now and do not know whether something went wrong. How would I go about that?

Re: Immigration Case Status

It is not clear from your email what you mean to say that you got your case accepted in 2008. I would recommend, if you haven't already, that you retain an attorney to review the case that you filed with USCIS and to advise you regarding the likelihood of success and the processing times.

I am not quite sure I understand where you are at in the immigration process, but if you'd like to set a time to talk please email or call my office to set a time to do so. I will look forward to hearing from you.
