I jusr wanted to know what chances are for a second interview before the conditional residence is removed. We have to wait another 4-5 months till then and we are wondering what the chances are approximately.

Re: immigration second interview

How can your chances be assessed without knowing anything about your case? The fact that you have been called in for a second interview means CIS thought there was something difficient about your case, but that may be as simple as you didn't have all the necessary documentation, or it may be as serious as they suspect marriage fraud. What does it say in the interview notice? Do they request additional documents, or what happened at the first interview? If you have all the required documents, have good "joint" documents, have a real marriage and can answer questions about your marriage and each other, there is no reason why your case shouldn't be granted (assuming no grounds of inadmissibility).

Re: immigration second interview

Dear Inquirer:

The chances of being interviewed for an I-751, Joint Petition, are about 70%, depending on what USCIS District you live in and whether you have children and submitted a wealth of evidence of cohabitation with the filing. If it is a waiver case, the odds of an interview are nearly 100%.
