sir i m working here illegal in usa having an c1/d cruise visa.i m planning to marry american girl is there any chances of getting my paper done from here or do i have to get it done going back to my country?

You'll need to apply for the K-3 spouse visa after you marry your girlfriend and process back in your home country.
