Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kentucky
I'm married to an illigal immigrant. I've been with him for 4 years. I had 2 children before i met him and we have one child together. We are poor people just trying to raise a family and we live in constant fear of deportation. How can we get him Legal so i don't have to be scared all the time. Our baby is almost 2 years old and she would be devastated if we lost him. and my other two children would feel the same he is daddy as far as they are concerned. I love my husband and everyday i see things on the news that makes me feel our time is short. i've considered moving to mexico with him. but there are custody issues with my oldest child. and my middle child is disabled. can you help me?

There may be ways under the immigration law to legalize your husband but there are many questions that I would need answered before I could let you know if anything can be done and what that would be. I would need to know how long he has been here as that would determine the possible penalties he might face. I would also need to know how he entered the U.S. as this will determine where he might be able to obtain his immigrant visa. Also, are you a U.S. citizen? These are just a few of the questions I would need answered. Please call us or email us for a free consultation. (248) 619-0065 or [email protected]
