I came to the USA june 26 under someone elses passport i was held in miami florida and release under seekin political aslyum i hired at attorney who didnt do nothing for me i am face with going back home now in june if i get married would it help my case

Your case is very complicated and involves multiple areas of immigration law. One is allowed to pursue alternative avenues of relief from removal/deportation. That is to say, if you marry a U.S. citizen while you are in the process of seeking asylum, you may request that the court allow you to pursue immigration status under both the asylum law and marriage-based residence laws.
