Legal Question in Insurance Law in Kentucky
My dad has passed. My mom is Beneficiary but they are not married anymore. Now she is threating to keep all money. Can she do that? An if not what can I do?

It is also unclear here if you mean life insurance beneficiary, or beneficiary of the estate, but I seem to recall that divorce nullifies inheritance by the former spouse, even if you have not named a new beneficiary. In the absence of a new named beneficiary, the estate would be the beneficiary.
I would suggest taking all of the documents to an attorney for review, one that practices probate law/estate planning.
