Legal Question in Insurance Law in Kentucky
I was involved in a car accident earlier this month and have since been doing physical therapy at the expense of the person who hit me. My question is if I go to the gym and exercise with weights and cardio could the insurance company declare my claim fraud?

Actually, your PIP coverage is paying for your PT. Likely the other insurance company hasn't yet evaluated your claim. Before you go to the gym, has your doctor cleared you for those activities? If you screw up your back/neck by doing that stuff too soon, it will be very difficult to figure out what was from the accident and what was from you making it worse. If you have been cleared by your doctor though, and can workout without pain, then I think that's reflective of your claim, not fraudulent: you suffered a minor injury and that injury was quickly resolved.
