Legal Question in Insurance Law in Kentucky
I sold a car as is to my cousin and she remained on my insurance and the car was wrecked today but when i turned in a claim they said it only had liablility on it so am I responsible to give her money to her or what should do?

Money for what? For the car? You didn't own it, and if she wanted comprehensive coverage, she should have purchased it. Sounds like the accident was her fault, or someone else's insurance would be paying her damage. If she was injured, she should file a PIP claim. Other than that, you probably don't have to worry about liability.
