Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Kentucky

What would happen if I had a baby with my 18 year old boyfriend? He's been in jail for 6 months for charges that include "Unlawful Transaction with a Minor" and other charges related to that. There is a no contact order between us that is set until March , 2013. Part of his probation is to not see me so what would happen if we had a child?

Nothing would happen. You'll be raising the child as a single mother and won't have contact with him. You can file for child support, but it's a little hard to pay from jail. He can bring a petition for visitation, but even if he's successful, he'll only be able to see the child and not you.
