Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky
Employer lied
I resigned as a flight attendant to take another job...this person who is the president of the organization, lied to me about quotas stating there were none, lied about my training pay, lied about the flexibility of the job, lied about a gas card..in fact every facet of the job I applied for has been a lie. As a result, I missed the opportunity to receive an early buy out from Delta Airlines because of this deception. Do I have any recourse??
