Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

On feb 18th i ended up quiting my job due to my new boss being very verbally abusive and stresing me out, I have worked fir the company for almost 6 years without any problems untill now. She had made comment to me such as like now your acting like mark. Mark was my old boss that she got fired from the company and took his spot over. I feel like she didnt like me because she didnt like him and was out to get me since day one. She also made comments such as You must be on drugs because youve been sick alot. I had a sinus infection and blood pressure 1 point from being to high. Also said dont be offended but women can do stuff better then men. I had another problem as well when i gave her a doctors not that i was not supose to be at work because i was sick she through my doctors note back at me and i had to work anyway.

There's no question here.

But it sounds like your boss is a jerk and so you quit. Good for you. Hopefully you told her exactly why. There isn't a cause of action for having a jerk for a boss, otherwise everybody would be able to sue their employers. (I have a long list myself.)
