Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

I was injured on sunday. i was in a wheel chair for 2 days. on monday against doctors orders i went to work in the wheel chair. we had been sitting around for 6 months so i figured i could clean up or something i did not want to lose my job. they sent me home on monday when i called tuesday they had let me go. I have been told that is a lawsuit but i dont know for sure please help
